Loyalty Program Regulations - Salon NAIL ART STUDIO1. The Loyalty Program is created to reward our loyal customers, encouraging them to continue to benefit from our high quality services. Every visit and every leu spent contributes to the accumulation of points, which can later be converted into discounts or free services.
2. Accumulation, value and redemption of points
For every 40 lei spent on services, we offer 1 loyalty point. These points are cumulative and once a minimum of 200 points have been collected, they can be used to pay for salon services. It is important to note that points cannot be used to purchase resale products.
1 accumulated point = 1 leu
200 points = 200 lei
After using points for services, the program allows you to accumulate points again until you reach the threshold of 200 points, so that you can again benefit from the benefits of the program.
Complimentary service must be scheduled and confirmed in advance, subject to availability of staff and salon resources. 3. At Nail Art Studio, we appreciate and reward our customers' regular visits.

To benefit from our loyalty program, it is essential that you visit one of our salons in person within 35 days of your last visit.

To be eligible to accumulate points in our loyalty program, you must visit one of the Nail Art Studio salons within a maximum of 35 days from your last visit.

If the period between visits exceeds 35 days, the right to accumulate points for those visits will be automatically revoked. This means that subsequent visits will not contribute to the accumulation of points unless the interval between visits is respected.

The program applies regardless of the type of service chosen during the visit. Whether you opt for a simple manicure or complex nail care treatments, every visit counts, as long as it is done within the specified interval.
4. Program Changes
The salon reserves the right to change the rules and benefits of the loyalty program without prior notice. Changes will be communicated by appropriate means (e-mail, salon website, etc.).
5. Suspension or termination of participation
The salon can decide to interrupt or terminate a client's participation in the loyalty program in case of non-compliance with the rules or inappropriate behavior.
Also, the client can choose to withdraw from the program at any time, communicating this
salon decision.
